Galvanized Iron Steel

The Magnesium-Aluminium-Zinc (MAZ) coated products have superior corrosion resistance and Scratch resistance. By conducted Salt Spray Test (SST) on 100g of MAZ coated plate and 100g of galvanized plate at the same period, It was found that MAZ do not rust after 4000 hours on Salt Spray Test (SST).

In this test, proof that our MAZ has 10 times better in corrosion resistance compare to normal GI.

This material make from Magnesium-Alu-Zinc coating, with higher corrosion resistance, also anti-corrosion mechanism at cutting edge face and welding end.

Mean once substrate of cutting end face and welded end is exposed, the plating ingredient around the cutting end face and welded end will melt out and form a dense protection film, and so on which will cover the cutting edge end face and welded end.
